Abs Workout Video

I started up my gym routine in March of 2009 again, after a lapse of a little over a year. It sure helps not only my waist-line, but my emotonal health. If you ever thought the only thing you get from working out are muscles, then you haven't done it. This video I did last APR 19, 2009, to show ya one of my favorite ways to get some ab work out done, I can do sit ups forever like this. It's practically a dance.

Note: Another benefit of working out, You get to see really handsome "in shape" Men also working out and sweating, if you happen to go to a Gay Gym, then the Shower can be a treat for the eyes!
